How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on location, it may take approximately 3-7 days
Metro Manila: 2-3 days
LUZ: 3-5 days
VIS and MIN: 5-7 days
We don't control the day or time of the delivery as this depends on the courier's discretion and schedule.
Please note that delivery times are excluding Sundays and non-working holidays.
It's been more than 5 days! How do I follow up on my order?
We ship your orders via LBC.
Kindly note that delays in delivery can occur due to an incorrect/incomplete delivery address or out of the delivery zone, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will sort this out for you ASAP.
Courier will try to redeliver your order 2-3x, kindly keep communication with the rider for reference.
Should your area be in the out of the delivery zone, please let us know if you wish to collect and pay the item in the nearest LBC branch instead.
What is your return policy?
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- Items that are valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and/or merchant limitations.
- Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Items that are defective can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within only 5 days upon receipt of your order. Outside this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
- Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused
- Defective items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
Please note that before shipping out your orders, we test them and ensure they are working just fine. We wrap them with love 😊
